EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST

BIO
Sarah has many years of experience in the courtroom, preparing legal documents, working for nonprofits to improve access to justice, practicing elder law with a small firm, and conducting litigation, and in administering a large state agency.

Sarah has been licensed to practice law in the State of Montana since 2003.  She has worked as a Deputy County Attorney, an Assistant Attorney General, and as the Division Administrator of the state agency providing child protection services.  She has also worked in solo practice and has practiced primarily in the fields of family and elder law.  She has extensive experience and is dedicated to using it to assist clients in meeting their legal needs.

Sarah has lived in Montana for over 20 years.  She moved to Missoula in 1994 to attend the University of Montana.  She has made Montana home since then, and she currently resides in Helena, Montana with her husband

and two children where they enjoy skiing, hiking, and other outdoor adventures.

With a background in law and social work, Sarah's practice focuses on matters related to family law, children's rights, and the needs of elders or those with disabilities.  The values of delivering high quality work for clients, maintaining strong relationships through good communication, and honesty guide the work of the practice.
